HH February Picks
February may not be everyone's favourite (most of us have been ready for spring to kick in yesterday) but in the meantime, we're back with our HH staff picks to cheer you up. Here's what the team has been obsessed with this month, because there's always something to look forward to or indulge in.
My skin has been drinking up our VD Serum! Using it has made me feel so grounded in a ritual of skin appreciation. Every time I apply it I am reminded why I must be gentle with myself. I've also been loving homemade juices! Specifically beet, carrot and grapefruit juice. I just started reading Strangers I Know by Claudia Durastanti and feel transported.
Been indulging in Soul Chocolate chocolate chip cookies from their cafe…wildly delish! Also, brunching HARD at Lady Marmalade.
I'm currently loving the Mr. Sun Oil to get me that vitamin D!!! (Also such gorgeous packaging). MMann Magic Stix, I want every single colour.
Listening to: Hot Chip non-stop for WEEKS now lol
VD Essence + Monastery Flora Serum have been my winter skin go-to's!!
I've been trying the new Wonder Valley exfoliant and I loooooove!!
Currently obsessed with Liis perfumes (available for pre-order now)! I've been testing all three scents and the amount of people that have complimented me already - wow! I had the best sandwich and salad from Mattachioni the other day and I'm loooving our new SSSOAPS bar soaps.
I've been craving cozy foods and ordering from Parallel (they have the best falafel and labneh!) Watching Inventing Anna - it is a guilty pleasure I cannot tear my eyes from. I've also been loving the Graydon Face Glow after I moisturize to get that nice dewey look that summer normally provides, and currently using the Jai Baby Oil as a body moisturizer and I am obsessed!
I'm currently listening to: Private Islands
Eating: the Daily Dumpling Wonton Co OR the viral tiktok green goddess salad (!!)
On my face: Wildcraft Buff getting rid of this dry dead winter skin!
For my baby: Minois Bubble Bath (almost done our first bottle!!)
