A weightless, blend-able water-balm formula that creates a flush of colour on lips and cheeks, with a skin-like finish.

The buildable formula can be layered for intensity.

Vitamin A, C & E complex for smooth lips.
Line lips with 19/99's Precision Colour Pencil before applying Water Colour Tint to prolong wear.

Use doefoot applicator to tap colour on desired area—lips or cheeks. Blend with finger tips or a brush, or layer for intensity.
