A full exchange or store credit will gladly be offered on unopened, unused or undamaged products within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be returned in sellable condition, with all original packaging.

We cannot offer exchanges or credit on goods that have been opened or used. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, please get in touch with us and we will work with you to ensure that you are happy with your Health Hut experience.

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

TORONTO SAME-DAY/NEXT-DAY DELIVERY

Order before noon for same-day delivery, orders placed after noon will arrive next-day. You will receive a delivery notification from Trexity when your order is out for delivery.

Delivery is free on orders over $150, or $12 flat rate.

Qualifying addresses will see this option at checkout.

SHIPPING

Shipping orders will be processed in 1-2 businesses day. You will receive a shipping notification along with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

WITHIN CANADA

Orders will be shipped with FedEx, Purolator or Canada Post. Shipping is free in Canada on orders over $150, or $12 flat rate.

*Addresses with PO boxes will be shipped Canada Post, with a $5 additional charge.

TO THE US

Orders will be shipped with FedEx or Purolator. Flat rate shipping to the US is $20. Any extra duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at orders@shophealthhut.com with your order number and photos of the damage within two days of receiving the order.
