A full exchange or store credit will be gladly offered on unopened, unused or undamaged products within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be returned in sellable condition, with all original packaging.

We cannot offer exchanges or credit on goods that have been opened or used. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us and we will work with you to ensure that you are happy with your Health Hut experience.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

HOLIDAY POLICY

We've extended our 14 day exchange policy for the holiday season. All purchases* made in-store or online between November 15th 2023 and January 1st 2024 will be eligible for exchange/store credit up until January 15th 2024.
*All other eligibility rules for exchange/store credit as per our return policy still apply.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY DAMAGES

If for any reason your package arrives damaged, please contact us within two days of receipt.

ONLINE RETURNS

To exchange or return your product for store credit, please drop off your return item to your nearest Health Hut location or mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Several types of goods are considered final sale and exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order for any reason for a full refund provided you send us a cancellation request within one hour from the time of purchase.
