Deep winter is here, and it's time for full hydration mode. If you're like us, you've got a lip balm in each pocket and hand creams floating in every bag.

See what creams, serums and books the HH team is reaching for this month.

USING

Tara: Tata Harper Hydrating Floral Essence and Wonder Valley Wonder Serum - I need allll the hydration! I'm always soaking in our Bubble Bath - right now it's soothing Eucalyptus, Vetiver, and Petitgrain. I'm also alternating between Facile Lip Jelly in Rouge and F. Miller Lip Balm for my lips.

RachelVintner's Daughter Active Treatment Essence and Active Botanical Serum. Soaking in the Health Hut Eucalyptus, Vetiver, Petitgrain Bubble Bath.

Julie: Facile Brighten Pigment Serum - what a glow, Facile Lip Jelly Lip Moisturizer and Roen Cheeky Blush in Peach Flush - the creaminess!

Nat: Vintner's Daughter Active Botanical Serum, Province Apothecary Invigorating + Balancing Toner and F. Miller Eye Oil.

Jenna: Monastery Gold Botanical Oil Serum, Crowbar Apothecary The Bar, and Facile Lip Jelly Lip Moisturizer as a nighttime lip treatment.

Jenny: Facile Reverse Ageless Serum, Province Apothecary Repairing + Conditioning Lip Balm and Roen vowBrow Pencil.

EATING

Rachel: Enjoying lots of carb-y goodness - homemade pizza, fresh bread, and Harry’s burgers - the best burger in Toronto. 

Jenna: Homemade soups, specifically a spicy black bean tortilla soup I’ve been obsessed with.

Jenny: Homemade roasted spicy almonds and walnuts.

Tara: Roasts and braises with Athena Calderone's Potato and Celery Root Puree. Winter-y salads with bright bitter greens, citrus and roasted nuts.

Nat: White beans with kale, fresh bread and parm. A hug in a bowl. :)

Julie: Baked pita with pesto lightly dusted with parmesan.

READING

Nat: I am making my way through Annie Ernaux's oeuvre after reading A Woman's Story and loving it! My next read of hers is Exteriors.

Jenny: The Creative Act: A Way of Being by Rick Rubin

Tara: A Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara

Julie: Starting Hell Bent by Leigh Bardugo

Jenny: I'm attending a day-long holotropic breathwork workshop this month and I have no idea what to expect. 

RachelMostly hibernating, but hoping to get some skiing in!

Julie: Taking a small online business course for aromatherapy and lots of self-care with rest.
