- A unique code will be sent to your email to redeem for a facial. Book your service online or in-store. Facials can be booked up to 90 days in advance.

Yes. You can pause or cancel your HH facial membership at any time. We recommend reaching out to us at least 48 hours before your next renewal date. Contact us at orders@shophealthhut.com
Unused facial credits always roll over to the next month. For example, if you're away in July, you'll have two facials available in August.
If you choose to pause or cancel your membership, all facials expire on the last day of the last month's billing period.
