December 23 at 12PM — Trexity same-day delivery cutoff (Toronto only)

We’ll always do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, though unexpected carrier delays may occur once your package is in transit.

TORONTO SAME-DAY/NEXT-DAY DELIVERY

Order before noon for same-day delivery; orders placed after noon will arrive the next day. You will receive a delivery notification from Trexity when your order is out for delivery.

Delivery is free on orders over $100 or a flat rate of $12.

Qualifying addresses will see this option at checkout.

SHIPPING

Shipping orders will be processed in 1-2 businesses days. You will receive a shipping notification along with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

WITHIN CANADA

Orders will be shipped with UPS, Canada Post or Purolator. Shipping is free in Canada on orders over $150, or $15 flat rate.

• Addresses with PO boxes will be shipped via Canada Post, with a $5 additional charge.

PLEASE NOTE

Once a parcel is picked up by Canada Post, UPS, Purolator or FedEx, it is out of our hands and we are not responsible for delays, missing/lost packages, or shipping damage.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package.

If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at orders@shophealthhut.com with your order number and photos of the damage within two days of receiving the order for further assistance.
