June is here & so is the promise of summer! We're sharing our monthly favourites, from products to community spots and everything in between! Here's what we're looking forward to enjoying all month long.
1. Kitz and Daughters Fresh Flowers
One of our fave summer things is back, fresh flowers! Kitz and Daughters creates the most beautiful bouquets of fresh flowers for us every weekend and we can't get enough!
2. Barroco x Nino Iced Lattes
Barroco X Nino is one of our favourite local haunts for delicious iced lattes on a hot day! Pop into this College street staple if you're craving good coffee, the perfect pastry or a quick lunch to go!
3. Captain Blankenship Golden Waves Shimmer Spray
Want to feel like a golden mermaid goddess without the effort? This Golden Waves Sea Salt Shimmer Spray by Captain Blankenship is the perfect summer hair companion!
4. Organic Wine from Miss Pippa's
If you haven't been to Miss Pippa's yet, you're missing out! This super cute shop at College and Sheridan is a one stop shop for all things gifts, wine and some fun treats! When it's been a long day, popping in for a nice bottle of rosé hits the spot!
5. Body Talk
We've got some new books in for a fresh new season and we're so excited about Body Talk by Katie Sturino. This interactive book is an amazingly fun and no-nonsense approach to body acceptance and self-love.
6. Frankies Surf Club
Our friends over at Frankies Surf Club in Muskoka are open and we can't wait to join them in welcoming the season! Our hut is almost ready, stay tuned for updates on when we can officially begin summer pick-ups! Until then, grab a green juice and a super cozy crewneck from this cool spot!
7. Coola SPF 50 Spray
We've got a new Coola in town! We don't need to tell you how important SPF protection is this time of year, but, we do need to tell you how much we love this new product. It's SPF 50, so great for those outdoor escapades and comes in a spray (!) so it's never been easier to get that sunblock on and go!
8. Pride Month
Today kicks off Pride Month and this year is Pride Toronto's 40th Anniversary! Find the 2021 events and ways to support, celebrate and elevate our 2SLGBTQ+ communities here.
Bonus: Dogs
Yes, you read that right! With the warmer weather we're enjoying seeing and meeting everyone's furry friends as they pop up at our door, and (hopefully soon) into the shop! We can't wait to welcome you all back (and we've got treats, too!)
