Made from 100% organic cotton terry (380 GSM), the Sulis Robe is plush without feeling heavy, offering the right balance of absorbency and breathability for daily use.

The double-looped terry construction allows it to dry efficiently while maintaining softness over time.

WASHING
Before using any BAINA products, it's recommended to wash your towels through one cycle. Wash towels through a cold or low temperature cycle (40° C or 104° F). Use natural detergent to protect the integrity of the towel and avoid using softeners or oxidising/chlorine based bleaching agents. While softeners can create a soft feeling initially, over time they leave behind deposit that build up on the cotton’s surface, creating a barrier that affects a towel’s absorption. Always wash light and dark colours separately to prevent colour transfer.

DRYING
Line dry in shade. For optimal softness, tumble dry on low heat. Do not dry clean. To sustain an absorbent pile on your BAINA towel, use a dryer* for a portion of the drying process as this will agitate the terry cloth, circulating air and loosening the pile. Towels quickly coarsen when solely line dried, particularly indoors where there is little air circulation.

*You don't necessarily need to use a dryer, this is only a suggestion if one's preference is to maintain optimal softness.

REPAIR
If a loop gets caught and snags, avoid pulling the thread as this may cause further damage. It's recommended to cut the thread at the base of the towel.

STAINS
Caution's advised when using any cosmetics or skincare as some products contain chemicals that may cause discolouration. Try to treat any stains as soon as possible, and treat before laundering.

    Terry loops come undone

    I wanted to purchase this for years and was so excited once I did this winter from health hut. However after a month and before even washing the robe, the terry loops started to come undone and there are seems unravelling and string coming out of it all over the place. I am afraid this will continue to happen over time which I don’t think is acceptable at this price point. Maybe I received a floor model but I wouldn’t recommend purchasing for the low quality of the stitching. It’s a shame because I love love the fit, feel, and pattern.

    luxe and comfy!

    i love the design of this robe, it's so chic and comfortable. as other reviewers have said, it does pill like my other baina towels, but this dissipates after the first few washes!

    Awesome, but...

    The fit and design are chic and wonderful. My only qualm is that every time I wear this robe, after showering and moisturizing, it looks like I’ve been mauled by bears. The pilling is crazy, but I’m hoping a couple more washes and dries will resolve the issue.

    Isn't it stunning? I have the same one and I also noticed a bit of pilling after my first few washes. I think the key is following the brands wash instructions carefully and going through several wash cycles to get it to that irresistible softness and durability Baina is known for.

    From personal experience I can assure you my robe now leaves no trace of pilling. I've had it for about 4 months!
