    Love!

    I don’t often rave about a product but…this is my favourite lip balm ever. Just the right amount of tint and moisture. It’s in my purse /pocket all the time.

    This matte-finish balm is the perfect multi-purpose tinted balm! I'd consider the finish a little bit on the satin side because of the soft creamy formula. The pigment is so rich and consistent, I love it as a cheek tint and eye shadow too!

    19/99 Tinted Matte Balm - Terra

    I will have to separate the experience that I had from the review of the 19/99 Tinted Matte Balm - Terra. My experience at the Health Hut was amazing. The store was imacculately styled and the sales agent was sweet, kind, attentive, knowledgeable, patient and generous. Regretfully, the 19/99 pencil did not make me forget my Dior and the purchase did include a lovely pencil sharpener and I got some samples to try new products so I'll be back.
