This multi-use pencil can be used on eyes, lips, cheeks or elsewhere! The creamy-matte formula glides on and is soft enough for lips, easy to blend as a blush, or a wash of colour on the lids. When sharpened, a precision tip can draw graphic lines. 

Draw, blend, line, define, buff: a minimalist approach with maximalist options.

LIPSTICK: Line and fill in lips with the Precision Colour Pencil, or use a makeup brush to blend colour onto lips. Wear alone or top with High-Shine Gloss for a dewy effect.

LIP LINER: Line lips with the pencil and finish with High-Shine Gloss or lip colour of choice.

EYELINER: Line lash line with pencil. Smudge with a makeup brush for a smokey effect, or tap translucent powder on top to enhance wear.

EYESHADOW: Dot colour over eyelids and blend with fingertips or a makeup brush to diffuse colour.

BLUSH/CONTOUR: Dot colour onto cheeks and blend with fingertips or a makeup brush to diffuse colour.
