Five connected steps, each one preparing your skin for the next.
A double cleanse removes every trace of the day. Warm steam opens pores and boosts circulation. Your esthetician then applies an exfoliant or a custom mask — hydrating, clarifying, brightening, or calming — followed by a personalized blend of serum, moisturizer, and/or face oil chosen for your skin.
You'll finish with a slow lymphatic drainage massage along your face, neck, and décolleté — reduced puffiness, a defined jawline, and a brighter, more rested you.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Health Hut’s quiet and cozy treatment room is tucked into the back of our retail shop at 786 College St in Toronto’s West end.
You’ll be greeted by a member of the HH Team who will welcome you to our space. Your esthetician will check in with you for a brief consultation about how your skin is showing up that day and any new developments in your routine, lifestyle, or environment. The table is size-inclusive, warm, and topped with a cozy duvet to relax the body. Most clients drift into a near-sleep state somewhere between the mask and the massage.
You're welcome to talk, or to stay quiet; both are equally normal here. After your facial, your esthetician will provide optional aftercare guidance.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Most clients book The Reset every four to six weeks, as this is the natural cycle of skin cell turnover.
If you have an event coming up, schedule it five to seven days in advance so any temporary redness or minor breakouts have time to settle.
Yes! Every step of The Reset Facial is gentle and adjustable to your skin's tolerance that day. If you have rosacea, eczema, or a known reactive condition, let us know in advance on your intake form so your esthetician can adapt the protocol.
You can, but we recommend giving your skin at least a few hours product-free if possible, as your pores are clearer and your skin is more receptive than usual.
Skip exfoliating actives (retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, vitamin C in high concentration) for 24–48 hours. Wear SPF the next day, even in winter. Drink water. Avoid heavy workouts or saunas for the rest of the day if possible.
Occasionally, yes, particularly if it's your first facial in a while. This is called purging, and it's the skin clearing out what was already there. It typically settles within 3–5 days. If you have any concerns, connect with us and we'll guide you through it.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to reschedule your booking, please do so 48 hours prior to your appointment. This allows us the time to accommodate another guest. Appointments cancelled or changed within 48 hours will be charged in full to the card on file. Adherence to this policy allows us to sustainability offer our facial services.
