A moisturizing, satin-matte balm that glides on for lightweight colour in a universal shade of plum. Formulated with natural oils and wax for comfortable, moisturizing wear on lips, eyes and cheeks.  

Tinted Matte Balm comes with a pencil sharpener, designed for this unique wide wooden pencil.

Creamy-matte formula, buildable pigment.
Moisturizing natural emollients.
Layers well with other products.

Apply where colour is desired. Layer to build colour to desired depth. Sharpen using the TINTED MATTE BALM Sharpener, included with the Balm.

    Not sure about this one

    The colour is beautiful. It goes on smooth and matte as advertised. I don’t feel like it lasts long. The sharpener doesn’t work well and you lose a lot of product trying to reshape the pen.

    We hear you on the longevity and sharpening concerns. While the formula is designed to be lightweight and comfortable, this can mean more frequent reapplication compared to longer-wearing formulas. For the sharpener issue, we find that keeping the pencil in the fridge for about 10 minutes before sharpening can help reduce product waste and create a cleaner point.

    19/99 Tinted Matte Balm - Terra

    I will have to separate the experience that I had from the review of the 19/99 Tinted Matte Balm - Terra. My experience at the Health Hut was amazing. The store was imacculately styled and the sales agent was sweet, kind, attentive, knowledgeable, patient and generous. Regretfully, the 19/99 pencil did not make me forget my Dior and the purchase did include a lovely pencil sharpener and I got some samples to try new products so I'll be back.
