This fine-tip highlighting pencil allows you to create both a precise or diffused highlight anywhere on the face. Line lids to bring brightness to the eyes, use on brow bone, cupids bow, or high-points of cheeks for glow effect, or use on top of any lip colour for added lustre. The champagne pearl pigment is designed to create radiance across skin tones. 

Designed for application wherever highlight is desired  — inner corner of eyes, along lash line, brow bone, cupid’s bow, cheek bones or elsewhere. Draw on and blend out with brush or fingers for a highlight effect.
