Designed to uplift the skin, the Clarify Toner leaves skin feeling dewy and fresh. If used with cotton or a reusable pad, this alcohol-free formulation will clear any excess makeup or dirt before moisturizing. Misted on, it will calm and prime the skin in preparation for any face serums or moisturizers.
