April Monthly Picks

Posted by Health Hut on

This April, we're leaning heavily on the floral promises that await us on the other side of Toronto's grey skies. The lyrics, "we're going to make it thru," are on repeat along with curries on the stove and Manuka honey in our cups.

Dry brushing rituals, reading channelled texts and hair masks are giving us life as we wade through this soggy month.
