SIZE: Your choice of 236ml/500ml Hand Soap & Body Wash, 4" - 4.5" Sea Sponge, 

Hand Soap & Body Wash: Pump onto moist skin (hands or body), lather and rinse.

Cactus Dry Brush: Always brush towards the heart, the centre of the lymphatic system. Before showering, begin at your feet by dry brushing upward towards the heart in long smooth strokes. Repeat on other leg. Repeat step on arms, brushing towards the heart. On your stomach and armpit areas, dry brush in a circular clockwise motion. For best care, wash brush in warm water and let dry with bristles facing downwards.

Sea Sponge: Add warm water and your favourite face or body wash to create a luxurious lather. Rub in gentle, circular motions across the skin. Rinse, squeeze out excess water, and store in a dry place. When you sponge has run it's course, make sure to discard it in the compost.
