HH July Picks

The heat, humidity and haze are here this July calling for you to be extra mindful of purifying your pores, applying SPF and moisturizing frizzy hair. 

This month, the HH team is soaking in summer's long and humid days with lightweight mineral sunscreens, homemade serviceberry pie and evening dips in the lake.

USING

Jenny: Facile Reverse Retinol Serum, Tata Harper Purifying Cleanser and Rahua Control Cream Curl Styler.

Nat: Vintner’s Daughter Active Treatment Essence and Vintner's Daughter Active Botanical Serum are my routine base. Tata Harper Crème Riche at night and Monastery Flora Botanical Cream Serum during the day.

Rachel: Vintner’s Daughter award-winning skin regime and the 19/99 Lash Tint Mascara in Brown - LOVING it!

Tara: Testing a new Rahua Glossing Oil Mist - love! And some new Health Hut products we have coming sooo soon.

EATING 

Tara: My new fave summer salad, tomatoes dressed in toasted fennel and anchovy. 

Rachel: Egg salad sandwiches and fresh cherries.

Nat: Grilled cauliflower and butter lettuce salad, light and grounded.

Melissa: Smoothies to stay cool and full in the summer.

Jenny: Popsicles! Loving the fun flavours from The Pop Stand at Evergreen Brick Works.

Jenna: Peanut butter spicy miso noodles with asparagus and mushrooms.

Jeronnie: Fish tacos!
